Repetitive strain relievers
Strain on wrist and eyes Using a smart phone, computer, reading books and documents for long period of time may cause eye strain or your wrists to ache. The best solution to relieve repetitive strain is to work the entire feet so that the various systems will be stimulated more efficiently.

Take note, there is no one sequence of movements to help. Work out which part of the body where the pain came from and locate the respective reflex area.

Alleviating Strain
Message for eye reflex Step 1:

Thumbwalk up the second and third toes for the eye reflex.
Message for shoulder Step 2:

Thumbwalk the shoulder reflexes. Fingerwalk the area on the foot top.
Message for wrists and joints Step 3:

WorkRotate the ankles to ease aching wrists and heal joints.
Message for arms and legs Step 4:

Work along the outer foot to relax shoulders, arms and legs.
