Headache and migraine
headache Most of us experience headaches at sometime. The most common trigger is tension. It felt like a tight band around the forehead which could last for many hours. There could be many causes of having headache including the stress, noice, tension in the neck and prolonged facing the computer or TV screen.

Migraines can be very debilitating. They often minifest as a throbbing ache at the front of the head, which may be accompanied by flicking light, numbness or vomiting. It can be brought on by certain foods, such as chocolate or red wine, by stress or by othe triggers.

  You should consult a doctor if you experience any unusual, extreme severe or persistence headaches.
Drinking The foot treatment featured here may help alleviate a headache or migraine. If you develop a headache, you should try drinking some water, in case you are dehydrated. Eating a healthy snack and getting some fresh air or moderate exercise may also help. Many sufferers of migraines find it helpful to lie down in a dark quiet room until the attack subsides.

Keep a check each day of the amount of water you are drinking. Many instances of headache are caused by dehydration, which is common due to dryness or exposure to the air conditional working environment.
You can perform the techniques on yourself or get another person to do it for you. Give a short foot massage before and after the treatment, to help with relaxation. Make sure that you treat both feat - the routine here on the right foot. If you want to use oil, lavender and camomile are good choices. Juniper may help an allergy-related headache.
Message for headache step 1 Step 1:

Cup the heel with your left hand. Put your right thumb on the edge of the foot, just below the ball and in line with the big toe. It should point towards the inside edge. Thumb-walk across the sole, staying below the ball as you go, then repeat once more. This movement works on the diaphragm, which helps you to breathe deeply, sending oxygen and nutrients to all parts of the body.

Repeat the action as mentioned in step 1, but this time stop when reach the point directly below toes two and three. Turn your thumb so it points up towards the toes, and give three distinct presses; this is the solar plexus point, which also helps with relexation and breathing. Continue to crawl to the outer edge of the foot. Repeat the whole movement one more time.
Message for headache step 3 Step 3:

Support the heel of the foot with one hand, use the index finger of your other hand to crawl down the front of the big toe, from top to the base - use your thumb to keep it steady. Do as many crawls as necessary to cover the surface area. This action works on the front of the head.
Message for headache step 4 Step 4:

Now, use the right thumb to crawl up the outside of the big toe, over the top and down the inner edge, making a horse shape. Then crawl up the back of the big toe from the base to the top. Do as many crawls as it takes to cover the entire surface area. This helps to relax the head muscles and balance nerve functioning here.
Message for headache step 5 Step 5:

Keeping the hold position, use your thumb to crawl around the base of the toe, from the outside of the foot to the webbing in-between the big toe and toe two. This works on thee back of the neck, which may be a factor in a headache. Now repeat the whole sequence on the other foot.
